SEPTA Vandalizes Route 23 Trolley


SEPTA Vandalism at Broad & Germantown

The pavement adjacent to the Route 23 rails on Germantown Avenue, at the intersection with Broad Street, was deteriorating. Rather than repair it, blacktop was simply poured over the rails.

This has been done at several locations on Route 23, including 10th Street between Susquehanna Avenue and Cumberland Street.
