SIA Philadelphia Car Barn Tour:
   Hancock Paint Shop

Prior to the tour, Joel Spivak
excavated through concrete to reveal the depot's rails.
This very light rail clearly dates to the building's origins as a horse car
  facility.
When the car lines were electrified, rails were bonded with copper.
Because Hancock was not an operating depot between 1913 and 1957, the rail was
  never upgraded.
