Philadelphia Trolley Tracks:
Route 23 Trolley Tour
1947 PCC 2728 northbound on
11th Street negotiating shoo-fly trackage
during construction of Interstate 676, the Vine Street Expressway.
2728 was allowed to retain the wings around its headlight because it was the
100th car overhauled.
Today [2008] this car is on display in Lancaster, PA. That city intends to build
a new streetcar loop.
