Route 23 Trolley Tour

1947 PCC 2728 turns from Bigler Street to 10th Street.
The 100th car overhauled, it retained the wings around its headlight.
Today this car is on display in Lancaster, PA. That city intends to build a new streetcar loop.
Veterans Stadium is visible in the background, home to Eagles and Phillies between 1971 and 2004.
