Route 23 Trolley Tour

1948 PCC 2190 southbound on Germantown Avenue crossing Gowen Avenue.
During the late 1990s this car sat along Route 322 in Logan Twp., New Jersey.
Today it is the property of VESco, in Windber, PA.
