Route 23 Trolley Tour

1948 PCC 2168 northbound on 11th Street at Market Street.
In 2008, 2168 is being restored to its 1970s white, orange and blue paint scheme
at Baltimore Streetcar Museum.
This is a rare photo of 2168 in its white GOH paint scheme.
