In order to conform with the order of the Fuel Administration to make as few stops as possible in the hope of saving fuel, the local trolley company has erected new "Stop" signs. These signs have been placed so as to accomodate the traveling public and to inconvenience as few patrons as possible.

Beginning at Harleysville stops will be made as follows:

• Harleysville toll gate (was located on the north-west corner of present-day Maple Avenue and Oak Drive)
• Meetinghouse road
• Kulpsville road
• Lederach post office
• Martin Seitz road
• Bull Moose road
• residence of R. U. Garges
• top of Long Hill
• Keyser's road (later called Cressman Road)

In Skippack the stops will be made at

• Fox's corner
• Hotel Skippack (on Sunday at Trinity Church)
• sub-station
• Metz's store
• "Transcript" waiting room
• residence of A. D. Hallman
• Skippack Square road
• Troxell's crossing
• Cedars store
• residence of Kriebel Bros.

At Center Point the stops will be at

• Nyce's blacksmith shop
• Dresher's corner
• Center Point switch
• Center Point creamery

Between creamery and Trooper cars will stop at these places:

• Landes Avenue
• Krause Avenue (later called Potshop Road)
• U. E. Church
• Edgemont Farm
• residence of S. B. Godshall
• Stump Hall
• Water Street
• Anders corner
• Methacton road
• Yocum corner
• Fairview switch
• Fairview Village
• Oakland
• Mud Lane (intersection of Trooper Road and Chestnut Avenue)
• Glenwyn

It will be seen that there are forty five stopping places between Harleysville and Trooper, a distance of twelve miles.
